ELEUSINE BISCUIT (RAGI ROTI)

Let’s eat small seeds with higher health benefits.

Ingredients:

Ragi flour – 1 & 1/2 cup
Big onion (large size) – 1 (you can use small onions too)
Green chilli – 2
Red chilli – 2
Garlic – 3 (finely chopped )
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Salt – according to your taste

Will get 5 medium size roti

Steps to prepare

○In a bowl mix all the ingredients.
○Add little water and mix well until it becomes a thick batter. (mixture should not be watery)
○Heat the tawa and add little oil
○Take a medium ball mixture and spread it on the tawa with the hands (apply some water in hand which helps to spread easily)
○Add a little oil and cook until the upper side boil and turns to brown colour
○Turn around and cook both the sides until it cooks well.

Here is your ragi roti ready.
Have with some chutney, I personally loved to eat with tomato chutney.
